I came across Interpol’s Global Guidelines for Digital Forensics Laboratories today and wanted to post a few resources that might be helpful to anyone running, working in, or setting up a DFIR lab.

I’ve made this post a wiki. If you know of other helpful resources, please feel free to add them!

Here’s another:

**Digital Forensics Processing and Procedures: Meeting the Requirements of ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 27001 and Best Practice Requirements**

Publication date: Oct 1, 2013 Syngress Publishing

Authors: Andrew Jones and David Watson
Technical Editor: Frank Thornton

Admittedly, it may be outdated on some of the standards. The authors were talking about a new edition last year, but it hasn’t happened yet.

Yes, I was the Tech Editor! 😉
No, I don’t get any royalties. ☹

Very cool, Frank. Just added this to the main post!

Looking this book up, I came across other books you co-authored. Very impressive—I am adding a few of these to my reading list 👍🏻
